Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the conference.

 

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before 1st June 2024 in order to be refunded, less a 150 € administrative charge. No refunds will be made after this date. In the event of non attendance, the full invoice fee will be payable. In case of conference cancellation, Ingeniero Jorge Juan Fundation‘s liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. FIJJ reseves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
